Funeral services for Kaye Saylor, 51, of Sycamore, GA will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 29, 2019 First Baptist Church of Chula. Mrs. Saylor passed away, Saturday at her residence following an extended illness. Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn.
The daughter of the late James E. “Bunky” Storey and Gloria Faye Clance Storey of Sycamore, she was born in Eufaula,AL. She was a member of The Chula Baptist Church. Kaye and Scott Saylor were married in Eufaula, AL in the year of 1987. They enjoyed 32 years of marriage. Kaye was a very loving and devoted mother and would do anything for her two children, Sydney and Tyler. She was a very special Aunt to two nephews, Corey and Logan Green. She discovered a whole new unconditional love when her daughter blessed her with a beautiful blonde haired, blue-eyed granddaughter, Anzleigh Blaire Saylor. In her working years Kaye worked at Headstart and in the lunchroom at TCHS and she always made sure none of the school children went hungry. She also worked at MSI in Tifton. She was a sweet and kind sister-in-law to Suzanne Saylor Green and Keith Green of Omega, Ga . She loved life, church and her two bulldogs ZZ and Bleu. She also loved hunting, fishing, mowing grass and traveling. She adored her mother Faye Storey and Mimi and Papa Saylor.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 29 in The Chula First Baptist Church from 1:00 PM until the hour of services at 2:00 PM.
