Kaylea Skipper, 28, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Thursday, May 16, 2019, in Ocilla, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 6 PM, Sunday, May 19, 2019, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 PM until 8 PM, at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Ms. Skipper was born February 9, 1991 in Calhoun, Georgia. She lived in the community all of her life. She graduated from Fitzgerald High School in 2010. Ms. Skipper worked for Golden Corral in Tifton, Georgia. She was an awesome mom who loved her children and family dearly. Kaylea never met a stranger and enjoyed making conversation with people she met. Sunflowers were her favorite and yellow was her favorite color. To know Kaylea was to love her…she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her boyfriend; James O’Neal of Ocilla; children: Wyatt O’Neal, Aubrie Pate and Madison O’Neal; her mother, Michelle Nichols of Abbeville; siblings: Janet Hodgson of Tifton, Tiffini Tate of Tifton and Vincent Hodgson of Fitzgerald and two uncles: Tim Longshore of Ellabell and Andy McCloud of Jackson. Many cousins and friends also survive.
