FALL RIVER… Natalie Medeiros, 56, of Fall River passed away May 12, 2019 at her home following a long illness, surrounded by her family and loved ones.
She was the long-time companion of the late James E. Souza.
Born in St. Michael, Azores, she was a daughter of Urania (Paulino) Medeiros of Fall River and the late Jose F. Medeiros.
Ms. Medeiros was a homemaker who enjoyed watching movies, sitting on her porch and above anything else, spending time with her family.
Along with her mother, survivors include her children: David Bourgeois of Fall River, Stevi-Lyn Bourgeois of Fall River and Stefanie Bourgeois of Swansea; her sister: Dorothy Pacheco of Fall River; her brother: Mario Medeiros of Fall River; her grandchildren: Zachery, Hayden, Niasia, Ava, Ella and Lilah; her children's father: Steven Bourgeois; her goddaughter: Tanisha Bertrand; several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Maria F. Hyson Vendituoli and Jose Medeiros.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday, May 17, 2019 at 11 AM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 6 – 9 PM.
