Edna L. Stranger, 87, of Berlin, passed away on Saturday May 11, 2019 at the Coos County Nursing Home. She was born in Maidstone, VT on December 24, 1931 and was the 7th child of of Edwin T. and Eldena (Heath) Thomas. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Family includes her children Beverly Bryant, Lucille Couture, Pauline Corliss and husband Terry, Pearl Stranger, Julie Lawson and companion Jack Lawson, Janet Theriault and husband Raymond, Sheila McKenzie and husband Kevin and James Stranger; 17 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 20 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Albert Stranger and siblings Doris Martin, Ruth O’Hara, Clarence Thomas, Charlie Thomas, Wendell Thomas, Earl (Billy) Thomas, Mildred Tupick, Robert Thomas and a baby brother, Clarence.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday May 15, 2019 at 11 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Interment will be in the Russian City Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
