Sara A. (Lee Shea) Maldonado, age 38, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. She was born on Oct. 17, 1980 in Springfield, a daughter of the late Richard and Diane (Lappie) Lee Shea. Sara worked as a medical assistant in a cardiovascular office for many years. She leaves her loving husband Moises Maldonado Jr of Chicopee; 1 son Brandyn Maldonado of Westfield; 3 daughters Alyssa Marie Shea of Chicopee, Leandra Maldonado of Chicopee and Angelique Maldonado of Chicopee; 1 brother Daniel Lee and his wife Carolyn of Springfield; 2 sisters Patricia Lee and her husband Daniel Jacobs of Springfield and Amber Shea of West Springfield. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her dearly. The Funeral will be held Thursday, May 16, at 11:00 AM from the Grise` Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee followed by committal in Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home and on Thursday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
