Susan Elaine (Duncan) Luckey, 59, of Oxnard, California passed away on April 30,2019 in Oxnard. Susan was born in Porterville, California to Johnnie and Georgia Duncan on March 30, 1960. She attended Santa Paula High School and went on to earn a Psychiatric Technician License from Ventura College. She enjoyed playing board games, collecting records, and spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies. She was involved in International Order of Rainbow for Girls, Order of the Eastern Star, and was a member of the school board for over 15 years for the Ocean View School District.
Susan is survived by her husband Kenneth Luckey of Oxnard, her daughter Elisabeth Harrell of Oxnard, daughter Amanda Collins and granddaughters Tori and Mileena of Goodyear, AZ, her mother Georgia Duncan Moss, and sisters Laura Doucette and Carol Owens of Gilbert, AZ. She is preceded in death by her father Johnnie Duncan.
