Gallagher, Edward A. of West Roxbury, formerly of Jamaica Plain and Athlone, County Roscommon, Ireland, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2019 surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Barbara E. (Coyne) Gallagher. Brother in Law of Agnes Gallagher of Brighton. Edward was predeceased by his brothers, John, Patrick, Michael and Hubert, his Sisters, Mary, Kathleen, Nancy, Bridie and Sheila. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours at the P.E. Murray- F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury on Thursday May 2nd from 5-8 pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Friday May 3rd at 10 am, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. John Chrysostom Church, West Roxbury at 11 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment New Calvary Cemetery.
