Calvin “Cal” Eddy, 82, died January 5, 2006 at his home. Born in New Haven, CT son of Arthur and Helen (Molnar) Eddy and resided in Hudson since he was three years old. Husband of Rose M. (Neroni) Eddy of 59 years. Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter Nancy E. Eddy and her husband Joseph McNealy of Hudson, and his sons William Eddy and his wife Lona Lamson of Bolton and Robert Eddy of Hudson. He is also survived by his two grandchildren Max and Zoe.
He was a graduate of Hudson H.S. class of 1941, served in the U.S. Army during WWII as a Tech Seargeant, was a member of the Hudson Elks and Hudson V.F.W. He was a member of Marlboro Country Club for 64 years, member of the Marlboro Lodge of Masons, he also worked part-time for ITT Country Club for 16 years. He was inducted into the Hudson H.S. Hall Of Fame in 2005. He was a treasurer of the Marlboro Foundation. He was a corporator of the Hudson Savings Bank. He was a Liitle League Baseball and youth Hockey coach for many years. He also was a craftsman of custom made golf clubs.
He worked as a Parts Manager for Washington St. Motors until his retirement.He also worked for Veino Chevrolet of Framingham for many years.

He enjoyed watching his grandchildren in their many sporting events.
Funeral services will be held Monday Jan.9 at 11:00 a.m. in the Unitarian Church Main St. Hudson, MA. Calling hours will be Sunday 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home Inc, 50 Central St. Hudson, MA 01749 Burial will be in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson.
