John J. Lynch Jr. Beloved husband, 68 of East Bridgewater Massachusetts died on April 16th 2019 at the Signature Healthcare after a long illness battling several cancers.
He was born in Boston in 1951. He graduated from Weymouth High School in 1968.
John spent 41 years at Verizon. John was an avid musician who enjoyed playing guitar and every other instrument he picked up. He enjoyed spending his Sundays playing golf with his friends.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years Deborah E. (Benson) Lynch. He left behind his daughter Colleen E. Lynch and her fiancé Jacob Gurney, also Julie A. Lynch and her fiancé Justin Irwin his beloved grandchildren Carissa K. Lynch Elijah J. Lynch and Noah L. Irwin, also his sister Patricia (Lynch) Turner and her husband George Turner of Hickery North Carolina. Proceeded by Georgiana (Sinclair) Cadigan and her husband Joseph Steve Cadigan. John also left behind many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Wednesday April 24 at 11:00 AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. Burial will follow in the Mount Vernon Cemetery, Abington. Visiting hours will be Tuesday April 23 from 4:00-8:00 PM.
