Ernest Lee "Ernie" Holland, 77, Anderson, died peacefully on April 15, 2019, at Providence of Anderson.
Ernie was born January 23, 1942, in Hazard, Kentucky, the son of Clyde and Reba (Baker) Holland. He worked production at Delco Remy Division of General Motors 30 years. He served in the U.S. Army and National Guard.
Ernie was a member of Fellowship Masonic Lodge # 581.
Ernie is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy (Ward) Holland of Anderson whom he married June 16, 1962; two sons, Ricky (Melissa) Holland of Anderson; Tony (Staci) Holland of Frankton, IN; his brother, Donnie (Kris) Holland of Anderson and sister, Geraldine (Dennis) Crouch; four grandchildren, Corey Holland, Cody Holland, Tierany Holland and Cullen Holland; great grandson, Owen Holland; two nephews, Brent Holland and Brandon Ward; and a niece, Jenny Chambers.
Ernie was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Ned Clark officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from noon until the 2 p.m. service at the funeral home. A private entombment will be in East Maplewood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer's Association.
