Obituary

Jean Marc Poulin, 81, of Berlin, NH passed away on Friday evening April 5, 2019 at his home. He was born in Beauceville, P. Q. Canada on February 1, 1938 the son of Felix and Marie Ange (Poulin) Poulin and moved to Stewartstown, NH at a very young age. He was a graduate of Berlin High School and lived most of his life in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He returned to Berlin in 2018. Jean Marc loved to cook, play cribbage, enjoyed the outdoors and four-wheeling. He loved his scratch tickets and spending time with his family. He retired from Superior Trucking and prior to that, he had been employed as a logger.

Survivors include his longtime companion Janet Godin of Berlin, NH; his children Denis Poulin and his wife Tammy of Orange, TX, Diane Duchesne and her husband Phil of Berlin, NH, Kenneth Poulin and his fiancee Sandy Rheault of Berlin, NH, Michele Lamphere and her husband George of Milan, NH and Brian Poulin and his wife Kim of Berlin, NH; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; his siblings Jules Poulin, Richard Poulin, Paul Poulin and Paulette Pratte, all of Berlin, NH and Danielle Lafrance of Anchorage, Alaska; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, one grandson Matthew Duchesne, his wife Jeannette R. Dube and by a brother Louis Poulin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, 345 Pleasant St., Berlin, NH. Interment will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Berlin at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin, NH on Monday, April 15, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
