Daniel A. Bischoff
Parsonsfield, Maine
Daniel A. Bischoff, 27, a resident of Parsonsfield, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at his home after a long battle with depression.
Dan was a kind, gentle soul with a good sense of humor who could conquer anything he set his mind to with his intelligence and determination. Depression, unfortunately, was one battle he was never able to conquer, despite fighting strongly for many years. He loved his family, his friends, and his cat, Brutus. He was caring and thoughtful, wanting to dedicate his time towards helping others, especially with regard to overcoming mental health obstacles. Outside of helping others, Dan's primary interests included Eastern Philosophy, yoga, and cooking.
He is survived by his parents, Pierre and Laurette (Gagnon) Beaulieu of Rochester, New Hampshire; sister, Roxanne Bischoff of Brookline, Massachusetts; step-brother, Pierre J. Beaulieu and his wife Tina of Vancouver, B.C.; grandmother, Doris Gagnon of Hollywood, Florida; and aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, James Bischoff and his brother, Eric Bischoff.
Memorials in his name may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) at www.namimaine.org.
