John W. Muise, Jr., 74 of Windham, NH died Monday April 1, 2019 at the Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH. John was born in Lynn, MA on July 7, 1944 a son of the late John W. Muise, Sr. and Jeannette (Lizotte) Muise. He had lived in Windham for the past 47 years, formerly living in Lynn, MA. John served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era. He was employed for Production Process in Londonderry, NH more than 30 years as an electrical engineer. John was an avid woodworker and enjoyed repairing broken furniture.
He is survived by his three sons, Peter Muise and his wife Michelle of Epsom, NH, Thomas Muise of Salem, NH, and Michael Muise and his wife Monika of Epsom, NH, eight grandchildren, Nicholas, Katherine, Samantha, Megan, Corbin, Cameron, Flynn, and Elianna, two sisters, Carol Kennedy, and Patricia Nelson, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Susan (Halpern) Muise in 2001 and by his brother Ronald Muise.
Following cremation, calling hours were held on Saturday April 6, 2019 from 2 – 5pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A graveside service with military honors was held on Monday April 8th at 9:00am in Cemetery on the Plain, Ministerial Rd., Windham.
