William Bobby Reeves II, 61, of Fitzgerald, died Monday, April 1, 2019 at his residence in Fitzgerald.
Funeral services will be held 11AM, Thursday, April 4, 2019 at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Hand officiating. Interment will follow in Irwinville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Wednesday evening at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Mr. Reeves was born December 25, 1957, in Fitzgerald to Bobbie Jean Carver Reeves McIntyre and the late William Bobby Reeves. He was a farmer and hauled livestock. His favorite pastime was spending time with his granddaughter, Anna Grace and looking at his cows. His life was never about him as he was always willing to help anyone who needed him. He had an impact on so many lives. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Heather Branch & Clint of Abbeville; grand-daughter, Anna Grace Branch; sisters, Gail Stokes & Phil of Fitzgerald, and Wanda Reeves & Tommy of Raymond, Mississippi; step-brother, Hal Wiley & Jennifer of Fitzgerald; step-sister, Pam Wiley Brown & Kevin of Fitzgerald; nieces, Nancy Ashurst Hines & Cameron, Laura Ashurst Brooks & Doug, Melissa Ashurst Smart & Jason, and Amanda Stokes; nephew, Jason Stokes & Jenn; two great-nephews and one great-niece. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard Reeves & Millie Tomberlin Reeves and Henry Carver and Vera Templeton Carver.
