Simona Colon ,98, of Hartford wife of the late Aquilino Colon passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Tuesday March 26, 2019. She is survived by her children Yolanda Malave, Romona Colon, Iris Hooks and Rasael Colon. Simona also leaves behind a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Jesus Torres.
Friends may visit the family on Tuesday from 4 to 8pm in the chapel of the Hartford Community Funeral Home 380 Maple Avenue, Hartford.
Wednesday Morning from 11a.m. to 12noon. Burial will follow in Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield.
