Jonathan B. Lekom, 74, of Fall River, passed away at home on Thursday, March 28, 2019. He was the husband of Anita Joyce-Ellen (Gaskell) Lekom.
Mr. Lekom was born in Fall River, son of the late Joseph and Florence (Tripp) Lekom. A veteran of the Vietnam War, he served his country in the U.S. Navy. Prior to his retirement, he had worked as a machinist for the former Hoyt Manufacturing, Westport. He was a member of the Rod & Gun Club, New Bedford.
Survivors along with his wife include his son: Matthew Lekom; 2 daughters: Gail Lekom and Heather Comeau and her husband Daniel; 2 sisters: Brenda Underhill and her husband Richard and Donna Kershaw and her husband William; 4 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Audrey Jackson.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, April 1, 2019 at the Potter Funeral Home at 6:30 P.M.
Visitation will be Monday, at the funeral home, from 5-6:30 P.M., prior to the service.
Interment will be private.
