Mark Edward Harris, 50, of Bellingham, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 23, 2019 after a long battle with addiction.
Born in Malden on May 7, 1968, he was the son of Catherine M. (Collins) Harris and the late George A. Harris II.
Mark was a resident of Bellingham for the past 25 years. He grew up in Medway and graduated from Medway High School in 1986 where he loved playing hockey.
Mark enjoyed working outside and on classic cars. He had an amazing sense of humor and was a loving son, brother, uncle, boyfriend and friend.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his sister Tami Giardini and her husband John of Mendon, his nephew Zachary Giardini, two nieces, Olivia and Jenna Giardini, and his longtime girlfriend Rachael Bassick of Hopedale.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, March 29 from 5 – 7 p.m. in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main Street (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) followed by a funeral service at 7p.m.
