Medford, MA - Priscilla A. Tringale of Medford, MA passed away at the Lahey Clinic surrounded by her loving family after a short illness. She was a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She leaves behind an incredible void in the hearts of those who loved her. In her long life she developed many lasting relationships through her membership in the St. Joseph’s Mothers Club and her career at the Internal Revenue Service. Above all, Priscilla valued her family, always wanting to be there to help in whatever way possible.
Born and raised in Medford, Priscilla was the daughter of the late Leo and Isabella (Devanna) Lowther, the beloved wife of the late Joseph G. Tringale, and dear sister to Ruth Lowther, Thea Cormier, and Frances Maccollum. She is survived by her eight children and their families - Denise Duffee, Kathy Tringale, Susan Tringale and her husband Ken Maher, Joseph Tringale, Michael Tringale and his wife Maureen, Pamela Creamer and her husband Danny, Mary Shaw and her husband Bob, and John Tringale, as well as her sixteen precious grandchildren - Regan and Lauren Duffee; Stephanie Tringale-Madarese; Lisa Tringale; Peter and Pamela Vandal; Eric Tringale; Jared, Devin and Kirsten Tringale; Gabrielle, Kayla and Michael Creamer; Robert Shaw; and Rafaella and Gianna Tringale. She also leaves behind her four wonderful great-grandchildren - Anthony, Alessandra and Stella Madarese, and Joseph Vandal.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Tuesday, March 26 at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St.Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday, March 25 from 4 through 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
