Michael F. Eldridge, age 66, of Brockton, died March 16, 2019 following a period of failing health. Born and raised in Brockton, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Lucy (Casieri) Eldridge. Michael was a 1970 graduate of Brockton High School and also attended Berkley School of Music and the University of Massachusetts. During Vietnam he served in the Army and was a member of the Army Tennis Team while stationed in Germany.
For many years he was employed as a Floor Covering Salesman and at one time owned his own business called EME Floor Covering.
Michael was the loving father of Andrew Eldridge of Brockton and Jason Eldridge of West Roxbury, both formerly of Marshfield and the late Philip Eldridge. He was the brother of the late John Eldridge and cousin of Louis Casieri of San Francisco, CA, Anna Blanchard of Middleboro, Mark Casieri of Brockton and the late Christopher Casieri.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Wednesday March 20, from 10-11am followed by a funeral service at 11am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
