In Milton, March 16, 2019, Henry J. Bernier Jr., Age 72, passed away in Seasons Hospice following a brief illness. Henry is survived by his beloved wife Joanne (Macleod) Bernier of Taunton. He was born in Taunton, the son of the late Henry & Constance (Rose) Bernier. Henry had resided in Taunton most of his life, he was educated in Taunton schools and served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was the owner of Service Transport Trucking Company for 35 years. Henry enjoyed racing his car at Seekonk Speedway, was an avid NASCAR fan, loved riding his Harley’s, bird watching and spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his wife, Henry leaves his sister Doris Smith of Dighton, his nieces and nephews Nicole, David and Alexander Hendrickson of West Palm Beach, FL and Tracy Campbell and her husband John Helfrich of Okeechobee, FL. His favorite nephew Nicholas Campbell and also leaves several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at Mayflower Hill Cemetery in Taunton on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 11am. Visiting hours are kindly omitted.
