Whitley “Red” Bryant, 79, of Ocilla, went to be with the Lord Monday, March 11, 2019, at Irwin County Hospital in Ocilla
Red was born July 17, 1939, in Coffee County, Georgia to the late O’Neal & Josephine Graves Bryant. He was a former machine operator for Delphi. Red enjoyed talking with people and never met a stranger. He will be remembered as a very special brother that was loved by his family. He was a member of Christian Fellowship, in Fitzgerald.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Patricia Bryant of Ocilla; children and their spouses: Coby & Jack Lowe of Stone Mountain and Jake Dukes of Tifton; siblings and their spouses: Wanell Bryant Moncrief of Bloomington, Indiana, Joann Roberts of Macon, Lucy & Warren Lowe of Wray, Odis & Dianne Bryant of Ocilla, Janis Webb of Macon and John Carroll Bryant & Wanda of Axson. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, LouAnn Bryant.

At Whitley's request there will be no services, but we would like to have a celebration of his life with a covered dish meal at Christian Fellowship in Fitzgerald at 5pm on Saturday, March 16th, 2019. Family and friends are welcome. Kraft Mayo and Sunbeam Bread will be provided.
