Maurice “Moe” Villiard, 68, of Merrimack, NH died December 31, 2005 at his residence after a long battle with cancer.
He was born in Manchester on September 13, 1937, the son of L’Homer and Gracia (Bellemare) Villiard. He was a resident of Merrimack for the past 34 years.
Maurice worked for Improved Machinery/Ingersoll Rand for 37 years as a machinist. He belonged to the Pointer Fish and Game Club and he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed camping with family and friends.
His family members include his wife Grace (Larochelle) Villiard of Merrimack; three sons, Dennis Villiard of Manchester, Daniel Villiard of Nashua, and Mark Villiard of Merrimack; one daughter, Doris Wheelock of Bolton, VT; three grandsons, three step-grandchildren; four step great-grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Villiard of Starkville, MS, and Noel Villiard of New London, CT; one sister, Pauline Marcoux of Largo, FL;
He was predeceased by his parents and three brothers, Conrad, Roland, and Roger.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Thursday January 5, 2006 in St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave. Manchester. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd. Manchester.
