Obituary

Mr. Carl Monte Sr, of Dracut, passed away on October 26, 1989, at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington. The son of the late Philip and Margaret (DeAngelus) Monte He was born in Boston on October 20, 1917 Mr. Monte Sr. served honorably in the United States Navy Reserves till his discharge in 1941. He then joined the United States Army in 1943 and again served honorably during the World War II. Upon returning from the srevice Mr. Monte Sr. worked as a welder at the Naval Shipyard. He is survived by many family and friends. Mr. Monte was cremated in 1989 and his ashes will be buried with his son Mr. Carl Monte Jr., in the family lot at Richardson Cemetery.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, March from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Edgar J. Racicot Inc. Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm at the Racicot Funeral Home.
