FALL RIVER – Patricia J. (Aguiar) Rosa, age 75 of Fall River, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2019 at Charlton Memorial Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Antone V. & Rose Emily (Gouveia) Aguiar, and the beloved wife of Manuel “Butch” Rosa.
Prior to retiring, Pat worked at Crystal Springs, Assonet in their housekeeping dept. for 7 yrs. She had previously worked for 40 yrs. as a machine operator in the Garment Mfg. Industry. Pat was a member of UNITE, loved to cook, crochet, and do various crafts.
In addition to her husband, Pat is survived by her son: David Mello (fiancée Janet Foster) of Fall River; a step-son: David Rosa (wife Fran) of Tiverton; her brother Paul Aguiar of Fall River; four step-grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren; and several nieces. She was also the sister of the late Robert & Kenneth Aguiar.

Pat’s visitation will take place on Saturday, March 2nd from 8:00- 9:30 A.M. in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St. Fall River, with a service to follow. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. www.rogersfuneral.com.
