Peggy Crocker Aparicio, 72, of Tifton passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2019, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Rickey Wells officiating. Ms. Aparicio will be laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 3, 2019, at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.
Donald Smith Jr., Zachary Hood, Jose Jimenez, Luis Jimenez, Ricky Harris and Alton Benefield will serve as pallbearers.
Born January 13, 1947 in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Ms. Aparicio was the daughter of the late Horace Crocker and Ruth Ray Crocker. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Easter Jimenez. She was retired and of the Baptist faith.
Ms. Aparicio is survived by two sons, Gary Crocker of Tifton and Marcus Aparicio of Enigma; one daughter, Tammy Crocker of Tifton; two brothers, Wayne Crocker of Tifton and Billy Crocker of Deland, Florida; three sisters, Betty Smith and Vicky Crocker, both of Omega and Nancy Pulley of Clifton, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Rambo Ramirez, Rocky Delapaz, Madison Aparicio, Andrew Aparicio and Sawyer Aparicio; and one great-granddaughter, Peighton McCurdy.
