Obituary

Anthony V. Maniscalco of Melrose died on Wednesday, February 27, at the Life Care Center of Stoneham. Born and raised in Roxbury he was the son of the late Antonio and Florence (Rimmer) Maniscalco. Anthony proudly served in the Navy during the Korean War, after which he worked as a printer. He was a long-time Medford resident and later lived in Stoneham before his recent move to Melrose.

Anthony was the beloved husband of the late Mary F. (Hughes) Maniscalco, and the devoted father of Vincent Maniscalco and his wife Cheryl of Haverhill, Michael Maniscalco and his wife Neva of Melrose, and the late Lisa Breston. He was the loving grandfather of Robert "Alex" Breston, and Joseph, April, Darina and Annika Maniscalco. Anthony was the dear brother of Thomas Maniscalco and his wife Ann of Medford, and the uncle of Thomas and Marc Maniscalco.

A funeral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Monday, March 4 at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday, March 3 from 4 through 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
