Chicopee – Gerard J. Lacasse Jr, (Jari), age 53 passed away on Feb. 21, 2019 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on August 15, 1965 in Springfield, the son of the late Gerard J. Lacasse Sr and Rita (Aubin) Lacasse. Jari worked for over 20 years pouring concrete foundations for K&L Concrete Service and recently as a security guard for Peter Pan Bus Lines. He is survived by his son Beau Lacasse of Chicopee; his daughter Kyra MacDonald and her husband Marcus, of Chicopee; his sister Joanne Maryea, her husband Kenneth, his niece Cameron and his nephew Connor of West Springfield and his beloved grandson Maverick MacDonald. Calling hours will be held on Friday March 1, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Grise` Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 10:00 AM from the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Assumption Church at 11:00 AM.
