Obituary

Leo Lorando Croteau, 20, of Berlin, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Leo was born in Berlin, NH and was a lifelong resident. Leo was employed part time as a welder by Nordic Construction Company, a job he very much enjoyed. He was a graduate of Berlin High School Class of 2017, where he was an avid hockey player. Leo was a proud member of the BHS Hockey Team that brought back to Berlin the championship after over 40 years. He enjoyed snowmobile racing and car racing. He had been working on an antique Chevelle which he dreamed on getting back on the road.

Members of the family include his parents Paul Croteau Sr. and Tina Bertin, brothers Paul Jr. of Berlin and Adam Brooks of Berlin, sister Denise Roberts of Vermont, paternal grandparents Leo and Ann Croteau of Berlin, maternal grandparents and godparents Richard and Joann Bertin of Milan, aunt Michele Chapman and her husband Tim of Gorham, uncle Albert Bertin and his wife Shirley of Berlin, great-uncle Bob Lamarre of Berlin, and cousins Sidney Chapman, William Chapman, Anne Chapman, and Ajay Landry. He was also uncle to Destanie Egan, Thomas Egan, Kyanna Egan, and Trinity Egan.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 11, 2019 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish with interment to follow. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2019 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin.
