Daniel Spencer Griffin, 26, of Chester, NH passed away unexpectedly at his residence, Sunday February 3, 2019. He was born January 7, 1993 in Nashua, NH and was the son of Deborah Chase and John Griffin. Daniel was employed as a property manager with Regent Park Apartments for several years.
He grew up in the small town of Chester New Hampshire. Daniel was passionate about spending time with friends and family. He was extremely talented at playing the drums and was always the life of the party. His infectious laugh and personality could light up any room. Even though his heart lied with music he aspired to be part of the Navy someday. His heart was full of love and he touched so many lives during the short time he was with us. Daniel isn’t physically present but he will never be forgotten.
Members of the family include his mother and step-father, Deborah Chase & Ted Baril, his father, John Griffin, maternal grandfather, Harold Chase, paternal grandparents, Paul & Jacqueline Griffin, a brother, Chris Griffin, three uncles, Daniel Chase & his wife Louise, Mike Griffin and Matt Griffin & his wife Carol, four aunts, Catherine Zarrillo and her husband Michael, Paula Griffin ,Glenna Griffin & her husband Nicholas Francoise, and Melinda Murphy, cousins, Kalei Chase, Treyson Lattimore, Kevin Chase, Griffin Thomas, Reaghan Griffin, Caroline Griffin Shaler, Erica Griffin Shaler, Jennifer and Emma Griffin, and Lauren Cook as well as many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were held Friday, February 8, 2019 from 9 - 11 am at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 12:00pm at St. Peter’s Church, 567 Manchester Road, Auburn, NH. Interment be in Great Hill Cemetery in Chester in the spring.
