Lillian I. (Monahan) Adams, 89, of Manchester, died December 24, 2005, at the Hillsborough Country Nursing Home after a brief illness.
She was born in Brighton, MA on April 4, 1916, the daughter of Thomas and Delia (Fay) Monahan. She was educated in the Brighton school system.
Prior to retirement two years ago, she had been employed by Hannaford Bros. Supermarket in Bedford. Previously, she had been employed in the electronics industry.
She loved to travel and spend time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband Francis E. Adams Sr. in 1991 and her daughter Linda Lotterhand in 1997.
Members of her family include two sons, Robert F. Adams and Francis E. Adams Jr., both of Manchester; three grandchildren, Mark Lotterhand and his wife Emily, Amy Dufore and her husband Andy, and Jason Lotterhand; a great-grandchild, Claire Dufore; nephews, nieces, and friends.
The funeral service was held on Thursday December 29, 2005 in the Lambert Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery.
