Carmen Fernandez Nazario, age 70, of Boston, passed away on January 25, 2019. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Monday January 28 from 6-9 PM. Her family will meet again at the funeral home on Tuesday January 29 from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm before traveling to St. Michael Cemetery for interment services.
