Clyde F. Logan, Jr., 72 of Worcester, died Tuesday, January 22nd after a short illness in UMass-Memorial Hospital, with his loving family by his side. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Irene (Koumanelis) Logan; his daughter, Stephanie A. Logan of Astoria, NY; his son, Patrick C. Logan and his wife, Miriam Hyder and his beloved granddaughter, Julianna Logan of Worcester; a sister, Ann B. Logan and her husband, Christopher Eccles of Eaglescliff, Stockton-on Tees, England; his nieces and nephew, Kim and Kara Simonian and Stephen Margaritis; his brother-in-law, Richard Simonian of Berlin; his sister-in-law Mary and her husband Peter Margaritis and many cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Claudia Simonian.
He was born in Worcester, the son of Clyde F. and Bernice (Walsh) Logan; and had served in the United States Air Force. Clyde worked as a Health Care Consultant. His every action showcased the epitome of devotion to his family and he cherished the time spent with them. His most joyful moments were in conversation philosophizing with friends. Clyde will be sorely missed.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, January 27th from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Funeral services will be private.
