Duggan and his wife Linda of St. Croix, USVI, Andrea, Laurie, and Kerry Duggan of Newton, and the late Jayne Duggan. Grandfather of Patrick and his wife Catherine Cronin of Norwood, Garrett Cronin of Needham, Casey Cronin of Newton, Madeline and her husband Joseph Stedman, and Jack Duggan of St. Croix, USVI. Brother of Robert Duggan, Claire Duggan, Janet Hall, Shelagh Allen, and the late Bernadette Roach, Nancy Dargin, and Joseph Duggan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
