Fairhaven – Louise V. (Wilkinson) Newberry Cote, 98, of Fairhaven died Friday, December 23, 3005 at Nichols House. She is the wife of the late Wilfred Cote and the late David J. Newberry.
She was born in Norfolk, VA, daughter of the late Edward J. and Mary (Hiltcher) Wilkinson, and had resided in Fairhaven for many years. Prior to her retirement in 1972, she was a stitcher for the former Lomish Stitching Factory, New Jersey. Mrs. Cote was a member of the Order of Eastern Star-Crescent Chapter # 55, Pennsauken, NJ.
She is survived by a daughter: Vivian L. Millette of New Bedford; a sister: Agnes Green of Merchantville, NJ; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at the Kirby Funeral Home, 61 Tarkiln Hill Rd., New Bedford at 11:00 A.M.
Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service from 10 – 11 A.M.
Interment will be in Acushnet Cemetery, Acushnet.
