Richard R. Laflamme, 72, of Berlin, passed away on January 10, 2019 at his home. He was born in Lewiston, ME on September 26, 1946 the son of Alphonse and Solange (Lacroix) Laflamme and has lived in Berlin since age 5. He attended Berlin schools and did construction work for 18 years and had also been employed by James River Corporation as a papermaker. Richard enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, snowmobiling and motorcycling.
Family includes a brother Roger Laflamme and wife Karen of Berlin, NH; a sister Noella Morin and husband Joseph of Brooksville, FL and nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a daughter Dawna Mae Laflamme, his parents Alphonse and Solange Laflamme, sisters and brothers Alice, Helen, Robert and Normand Laflamme.
Services will be held on May 24, 2019 at 1 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home in Berlin. Interment will be in the St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday May 24 from 11 AM to 1 PM, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
