Carmen Jenny Liberato Tejeda, age 54, of Mattapan, formerly of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, passed on January 5, 2019. Visiting hours at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Wednesday January 9 from 6-9 PM. Her family will gather again at the funeral home on Thursday January 10 from 12:15 until 1:15 pm then travel to Oak Lawn Cemetery, Roslindale for interment services.
