Alice M. Ouellette, 91, of Cudjoe Key, FL, passed away on Thursday January 3, 2019 in the Wingate Nursing Home in Haverhill, MA. Mrs. Ouellette was born in Amesbury, MA on September 10, 1927, a daughter of the late Joseph and Gertrude (Allard) Pouliot. Prior to moving to Florida full time, she and her husband had resided in Tamworth, NH, Merrimac, MA and Haverhill, MA. She retired from the City of Haverhill School System where she had been employed as a school cafeteria supervisor. She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Ouellette in 2006, and by her brothers and sisters in laws, Paul & Jackie Pouliot, Eugene & Bertha Pouliot, and brother Leo Pouliot.
She is survived by her children, Michael Ouellette and his wife Mary (Lafey) of Chester, NH and Diane(Ouellette)Henderson and her husband Doug of Sandown, NH; eight grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren, two brothers, George Pouliot and his wife Dodie of Bentonville, AR, and Raymond Pouliot and his wife Arline of Amesbury, MA; and one sister, Theresa Sargent and her husband Edgar of Merrimac, MA, as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She also leaves four sisters-in-law, Nancy Pouliot of Merrimac, MA., Theresa (Ouellette)Calantonio and her husband Richard of Danville, NH, Marion Ouellette of Haverhill, MA. and Mary Francis Ouellette of Atlantic Beach FL.
Following cremation, memorial services will be held by the family at a later time. Memorial donations in her name may be made to the Veterans organizations on your choice.
