Christopher Patrick Donnelly, 33, of New Bedford passed away suddenly on Tuesday December 25, 2018.
Born in Derry, County Derry, Ireland, he had lived in the New Bedford area since he was two years old.
Christopher was a high school and youth soccer referee and played soccer for travel teams in Europe.
He is survived by his daughter, Raelynne Rose Donnelly; his mother, Mary Elizabeth (McLaughlin) Donnelly; his father, Christopher G. Donnelly and his wife Stacie; his sister, Roisin Donnelly; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
His Funeral will be held on Saturday January 5, 2019 at 9 AM from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, followed by his Funeral Mass at St. Julie Billiart Church, Dartmouth at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be on Friday January 4, 2019 from 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to an educational fund for his daughter Raelynne Rose Donnelly.
