Jennie (Gwozdz) Niles, 99, of Dartmouth passed away Friday, December 28, 2018 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was wife of the late William P. Niles.
Born in Westport, daughter of the late John and Mary (Polklopek) Gwozdz, she was a longtime resident of Dartmouth. She was a Communicant of St. George Church, Westport. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed taking care of her yard, feeding her birds and bowling, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter: Beverly A. Phillabaum and her husband John of Fairhaven; 2 sons: William P. Niles, Jr. and his wife Susan of Dartmouth and Gary J. Niles and his wife Diane of Fairhaven; a brother: Stanley Gwozdz of New Bedford; a sister: Mary Long of New Bedford; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, January 5, 2018 at the Potter Funeral Home at 10 AM.

Burial in Friends Cemetery, Dartmouth.
