Richard Allen Hendrickson, 57, of Anderson died December 25, 2018 at Community Hospital after a battle with cancer.
Richard was born October 2, 1961 in Anderson. He was a graduate of Anderson High School.
He worked maintenance and restored old cars.
Survivors include parents, Jean and Bob Hendrickson of Anderson; six siblings, Robert P. Hendrickson of Muncie, Bob Gourley of Dayton, OH; Tom (Susan) Gourley of Fort Wayne; Bill (Lisa) Hendrickson of Alexandria, Tina Hilligoss of Anderson and Tim Hendrickson of Alexandria, numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Gourley and grandmother, Elizabeth Cox.
The family would like to thank Richard Howells and family and Kevin Boston and family for special care of Richard during his illness.
Service will be held at 12 noon on Monday, December 31, 2018 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with his brother Pastor Bob Hendrickson officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service to help with funeral expenses.
