Judith A. Hunt, age 85, of Mansfield, formerly of Stoughton and Dorchester passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.
Born in Boston, MA on September 3, 1933, she was a loving daughter of the late Constance Hunt.
Judy grew up in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, was educated in Boston schools and was a graduate of Girl’s High in Boston.
Prior to retiring, Judith had worked for fifteen years in the accounts department at Shawmut Bank in downtown Boston. She had made her home in Mansfield for the past eight years and previously resided in Stoughton and Dorchester.
Judy loved spending time with her adoring family. She enjoyed board games, jigsaw puzzles, playing tennis, miniature golf, annual trips to Cape Cod for fried clams and always had a special place in her heart for cats.
She is survived by her devoted daughters: Constance A. Hunt of Mansfield and Gail M. Normandin and her husband Sean of New Bedford. She was the dear sister of Shirley Miller of Dorchester. She was the cherished aunt of Sharon Mason, Robert Miller, Wayne Miller, the late Curtis Miller and is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
Services and burial will be private. Visiting hours have been omitted.
