PARSONS, Edward E. Of Wellesley formerly of Needham, December 19, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Louisa (Duff) Parsons. Devoted father of Darlene P. Burke and her husband Edward of Medway, and Edward E. Parsons Jr. and his wife Mary of Needham. Grandfather of Kenneth, Kelly, Joseph, and Kimberly. Loving brother of the late Hazel Strath, Dorothy Lewis, Ralph Parsons, and Lorraine Moore. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Edward was a World War II Veteran, U.S. Army and recipient of the Bronze Star.
Visiting hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., WELLESLEY, Wednesday, Dec. 26 from 4-8 pm. Funeral service in the funeral home Thursday, Dec. 27 at 11 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne Friday, Dec. 28 at 11 am.
