Carmel Cachia, 92, of Dartmouth, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth. He was the son of the late John and Mary (Farrugia) Cachia.
Mr. Cachia was born in Zabbar, Malta and had been a longtime resident of Dartmouth. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a curer for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., New Bedford.
Survivors include his nephew: Joseph J. Cachia and his wife Marie; his niece: Shirley McConnell; along with many other nieces and nephews.
