Marcelle M. Rudek (Bellerose), 85, of Chicopee, MA died peacefully on December 11, 2018. Marcy was born on May 31, 1933 to the late Adeline (Mignery) and Edward Bellerose of Holyoke. She was a long time employee of Baystate Medical Center and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Marcy found great enjoyment in traveling to Wells Beach, Maine each summer, listening to Polish music, cooking, and caring for her several grandchildren whom she loved very much. Marcy was married to the late Frank E. Rudek for over 50 years. She was also predeceased by her sister Gilberta Zayac and a brother who died in childhood. She is survived by her daughter, Christina Robarge and her husband Leslie; her son, Ronald Rudek and his wife Nancy; daughter Laurie Bouffard and her husband, Ronald; her five grandchildren, Timothy F. Maughan, Esq., Leeanne Orluk, Joseph Rudek and his wife Sarah Rudek, and Nicole and Joshua Bouffard; as well as her great-grandson Jonathan Rudek. Special thanks to the staff at Willamansett West who cared so lovingly for Marcy for the last several years. In lieu of flowers, donations can also be made to the Salvation Army in her name. Calling hours will be on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee, MA, immediately followed by a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, Springfield, MA, at 10:00 a.m., and interment at the Massachusetts Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Agawam. Grise Funeral Home in Chicopee is in charge of arrangements.
