Michael O’Duggan of Franklin, Kevin O’Duggan and Beth Bigelow both of Bellingham, Richard O’Duggan and his wife Jennifer of Franklin and Meg Sisco and her husband Tony of Westerly, RI. Loving grandfather of Amanda, Jordon, Brian, Angela, Carlie, Sarah, Emmy, Jackie and Shannon. Great-grandfather of Ryan. Brother of Shiela Luttazi of West Yarmouth and Brigid Nelson of Virginia Beach and the late Terrence O’Duggan. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donnell was a retired salesman for I.B.M. and retired Commander US Navy.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave. NEEDHAM on Saturday December 15 at 10:30am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, Needham at 11:30am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8pm. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery, Needham.
