James Raposa, 84, of Westport Point, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Catholic Memorial Home. He was the husband of Flora R. (Disano) Fusaro-Raposa and the late Joan (Martin) Raposa.
Mr. Raposa was born in Fall River, son of the late Joseph and Georgina (Rego) Raposa and had lived in Westport since 1993.
Including his wife, survivors include a son: Joseph Raposa of Fall River; a daughter: Janet Ormerod and her husband Steven of Swansea; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was brother of the late Arthur Raposa.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Catholic Memorial Home, 2446 Highland Ave., Fall River, MA 02720 at 10:30 A.M.
Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
