Resinette Jeanty passed away on November 20, 2018, she wass 64 years old.
Born in 1954 in Laporte Grande Saline, Haiti, Resinette Jeanty devoted her life to the entire family. In 1982 she left Haiti to come to the United States and spent most her adult life in Florida.
While she did not give birth to a child, she was more than a mother to all her nieces and nephews working hard to ensure a better future for all. She loved her family so much that she decided to spend the rest of her life with the family in Boston, MA, where she was cared for compassionately.
Beloved sister of Duckens Saint Fleur, Wisler Jeanty, Edner Saint Fleur, Silony Saint Fleur, Djoute Saint Fleur, and adored niece of Alcindor Alcena and his wife Marie Camel Alcindor. Cherished aunt of Norbert Jeanty, TerrySaint Fleur, Sauveur Jeanty, Angeline Jeanty, Boromain Jeanty, Darline Jeanty, Daniel Jeanty, Saskia Jeanty, Natasha Jeanty, Resinette Jeanty, Robens Jenaty, Gregory Jeanty, Nastay Jeanty,, Angelica Jeanty, Romain Jeanty, Francesca Jeanty, Norelia Saint Fleur, Duckens Saint Fleur, Kenna Saint Fleur, Paola Saint Fleur, Edens Saint Fleur, Junior Saint Fleur, Dieutel Saint Fleur, Guerlange Alexandre, Guerda Alexandre, Garry Alexandre. She is also survived by her cousins Madame Fils-Aime, Erold Alcindor, Alina Luce, Finassa Alexandre, Guerline Felix, Lavalet Alcima, Marie Lucie Saint Piere, Marie Rose Alexandre, Belony Alexandre, George Racine.
The family will receive visitors at the Joseph Russo Funeral Home , 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale on Friday, December 7 from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral services on Saturday December 8th at the funeral home at 10 am.
Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park.
