Adam Troy Rose, 56, of Dartmouth died November 23, 2018 at Tewksbury State Hospital.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Johnnie Mae (Fox) Rose and Frank Rose, he lived in New Bedford most of his life.
He was a member of the Christian Fellowship Center.
Mr. Rose was formerly employed as a custodian at Fairhaven Lumber for many years until his retirement.
He was a member of the Moose Lodge in New Bedford. He enjoyed bike riding, roller skating, bowling and participating in the Special Olympics for bowling.
Survivors include his 3 brothers, Frank Rose, Jr., Keith Baptiste and Michael Gomes of New Bedford; 2 sisters, Donna DeBurgo and her companion Tomas Reyes, his bodyguard and Stacey Bonnie and her husband Cuthbert, both of New Bedford; and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Paula Beltran, Marlene Rose and Blaine Fuller.
His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 28th at 11 AM in the Christian Fellowship Center, 822 Church St., New Bedford. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday at church from 9 - 11, prior to his service. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford.
