Peter T. Landers, 87, of Berlin, NH and Wildwood, FL, passed away on November 15, 2018 at the Lady Lake Specialty Care Center in Lady Lake, FL after a period of declining health. He was born in Berlin, on June 23, 1931 the son of the late Leo P. and Beatrice (Provencher) Landers and was a lifelong resident. Peter was employed as a Steam Plant Superintendent for the Brown Company, retiring under Crown Vantage. After his retirement, he wintered in Florida for many years. Peter was a member of Good Shepherd Parish, VFW Post 2520 and the F.O.E.
Members of his family include his wife Mona (Malloy) Landers of Berlin; children Gary Landers of Florida, Leo Landers of Berlin, Steven Landers of Berlin; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother Robert Landers of Albuquerque, NM; sisters Rosina Turmel of Salem and Beverly Pailthorpe of Leesburg, FL; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Peter was predeceased by a daughter Susan Landers, siblings Gerard Landers, Norman Landers and Geraldine Ostrom.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday December 4, 2018 at 10am at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish with interment to follow in St. Kieran Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Monday December 3, 2018 from 7-9pm at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin, NH.
