Virginia C. Deisz, age 94, died at a nursing home in Harwich, Massachusetts on November 5th, 2018.
Born March 17, 1924 in Lansdale Pennsylvania. She lived in Harrison, NY; Panama; Guatemala; Bedford, NY; Potomac, MD; Walnut Creek, CA; Wilton, NH; and Harwich, MA.
Virginia was an artist, needlepoint designer, beloved mother and grandmother.
Survivors included daughters Diane and her husband Eugene Katz of Philadelphia and Maryland; Penny and her husband Joseph Majike of Harwich, Massachusetts; grandson Michael Hand and his wife Megan; granddaughter Kathryn Majike of Charlestown, Massachusetts; great granddaughters Marlynn and Madden Hand of Maryland.
Virginia was preceded in death by her mother and father Kathryn and Warren Underkoffler, her sister and brother in law Ruth and Chris Wirtz, and her husband Albert G. Deisz.
A life celebration will take place in the Spring.
